JT is looking pretty resigned and unenthusiastic in his big song and dance number. Notice that his laconic attitude is not shared by his back up dancers.
I’ve seen the film and I have no clue what’s on his shirt.
I love at 1:41 how he’s about to go into his signature JT brand of Michael Jackson moves but then just says fuck it.

It’s been more than a week but here’s part 2 of my film clip of the week segment. It’s lame that this is another Arcade Fire cover video and also the audio quality is sub par but the Neistate Bros. fit an impressive array of inspired ideas into 4.50min. I especially love the first bit in the movie theater. You see a lot of this low-fi faux super-8 aesthetic but the coolness of this video goes way beyond that gimmick.
